Rote learning is a memorization technique based on repetition without full understanding. The main disadvantage of rote learning is that it is short lived and can be forgotten especially by young children. It is time consuming, boring and takes longer time to read, write and understand the language.

Rote Learning Biggest Hurdle to Education
